Job Profile:

• Play a leadership role to manage and execute research projects for various clients. Projects could encompass a breadth of area such as; research / analysis on number of investment research areas, address specific client research requests and prepare diagnostic / strategic analysis studies / thematic white papers, research / analysis in number of areas such as equity research (fundamental, comparative and quantitative), credit research (fundamental and quantitative), corporate finance and other modeling.
• Preparation of research notes on companies / sectors / themes as mandated by clients or by Aranca’s original research team
• Would be responsible for developing internal methodologies and helping in developing training modules and process improvement initiatives
• Operational responsibility for project teams, including QA on projects, ensuring high scores on customer satisfaction surveys
• Manage client relationships, and assist management team in identifying / developing opportunities to grow the relationship

Desired Skill Set:

• BE/ ME/ MBA’s from top tier institutes.
• 3-6 years’ experience in analyzing sectors while identifying factors like key growth drivers challenges etc.
• Top notch analytical and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of finance analysis, strategic analysis, peer comparison, future growth prospects, key growth areas, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery schedules
