Will Provide Compliance and Valuation Services to Private Companies Utilizing SecondMarket
NEW YORK, July 27, 2010 – Aranca US Inc., a global provider of end-to-end investment research, business research, valuation services and intellectual property research, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with SecondMarket Ecosystem, a subsidiary of SecondMarket, the largest secondary marketplace and auction platform for private company stock. Aranca will offer comprehensive tax compliance and financial reporting services including 409A valuation, FAS 123R, FAS 141/142, FAS 157 valuation and fairness opinions to private companies through the SecondMarket Ecosystem™, a network of product and service providers. Aranca also will offer business, market and intellectual property research services.
The SecondMarket Ecosystem enables firms to set up a virtual storefront to provide their services to the buyers, sellers and private companies on SecondMarket’s trading platform. “We are delighted to be on the SecondMarket platform as their Ecosystem Partner.
