As Knowledge Partner at this by-invite only event, Aranca will make a presentation on ‘CFO Challenges: How to get business intelligence and what to do with it’

Aranca, a global research and analytics provider with a significant presence in the Middle East, has been appointed the exclusive Knowledge Partner for the upcoming 2013 MECA Regional CFO Conference to be held at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai on March 27, 2013.

As Knowledge Partner for the event, a senior representative from Aranca will be presenting on the topic, ‘CFO Challenges: How to get business intelligence and what to do with it’. The presentation would offer CFOs practical insights gleaned from Aranca’s experience in working closely with CFOs in the Middle East.

The world over, CFOs are now straddled with strategic duties of managing growth, raising funding, reporting in an increasingly strict regulatory environment and operating their own finance organizations optimally even as they face talent challenges in addition to their traditional responsibilities of managing finance, audit and reporting. Besides looking at solutions to some core challenges CFOs face in the context of getting the right kind of business intelligence, the Aranca presentation will demonstrate ways in which other CFOs in the Middle East region have dealt with these issues.

Speaking about this partnership, Hemendra Aran, CEO of Aranca said, “The Middle East has always been a region we have focused on as a company and we have several long-standing associations with businesses there. This conference gives us an opportunity to share some of the insights we have from working with CFOs in the Middle East as well as globally. Specifically, we are looking at offering practical insights to situations and how CFOs can leverage a shared-services model without adding fixed costs and yet, accomplish all that they have set out to do.”

The Middle East CFO Alliance (MECA) is the largest CFO Professional Networking Group based across the Middle East with over 750 members from the UAE, KSA, and other Gulf Countries.
