Aranca’s learning and development program is collectively sponsored and managed by the HR team, senior analysts and managers. Broadly put, it is aimed at improving the knowledge and skills of existing and new employees.

At Aranca, we encourage and support all learning initiatives – internal training programs, external guest faculty lectures or professional education. After all, the ability of our employees as well as their enthusiasm to learn and develop is what makes Aranca one of the best research service providers in the business. Apart from these bespoke activities, we believe our work culture fosters an environment of continuous learning and personal improvement.

This hybrid framework of learning recognizes the different learning needs of our employees in specific areas of financial valuation and modeling, analysis, report writing, strategizing, management, leadership, communication skills and several other soft skills.

Every new recruit irrespective of his/her level, goes through a day-long orientation program that details the company's philosophy, vision, businesses, management, HR processes, systems, the Aranca way of work, knowledge and other tools. Senior managers and functional heads meet the recruits and make formal presentations. After induction, employees are assigned to their respective mentors. The mentorship program at Aranca is a management-backed activity and is aimed at creating multifarious skills in new, especially, junior level employees. Mentors are responsible for inculcating problem-solving, project management, team work and leadership skills.
