If there is one word that can describe our engagement models well, then it must be 'flexible.' We recognize that client's requirements can vary from a dedicated team of analysts working on a large on-going project or be ad hoc in nature. We also know that some clients may want to expand their dedicated team on cyclical basis to manage spurts in work. Some clients may also want to work with them very closely to recruit, train and manage an exclusive team for themselves. This team may then be 'carved out' and transferred to the client.

Depending upon the requirement, we take up the whole project and/or augment the existing project, and offer highly flexible engagement options. We offer on-going support through a dedicated team or structure resource allocation on a be-spoke basis. A partnership with Aranca helps our clients quickly scale up operations when needed.

Dedicated Model:
Aranca provides analysts at all levels dedicated to clients, depending upon the requirements. This model is most suitable for clients such as IRPs, hedge funds, corporations and so on, who have a mix of regular and ad-hoc projects to be executed. A dedicated model of engagement ensures that clients get total and timely attention and support. Not only turnaround times are faster in this model, but the client benefits by having the same set of analysts working on their requirements. This ensures faster learning, which reflects back in high quality deliverables.

Project Model:
Many clients retain Aranca to execute their ad-hoc projects that may differ in scope and objectives. For such clients, we offer on-demand analyst support.

BOT Model:
It is not always feasible for the clients to have a large, dedicated analyst team that is working exclusively for them, without actually setting up the infrastructure, recruiting people and establishing the presence. For such clients, we offer Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model of engagement, where we build an exclusive analyst team, house them in our premises, provide infrastructure and training support, and manage it till the client wants the team transferred. This is a quicker and a better way to build a scale and have total control over the team without heavily investing in the venture.
