To sustain this on an ongoing basis, Aranca has set up active engagements with over 30-40 business schools.

Our relationship with campuses goes beyond placements. We actively participate with institutions by contributing to the course curriculum, conducting guest lectures, thought-leadership sessions and case-study contests during the college fests and so on.

We have a strong internship program that covers regional as well international schools. Our summer internships are specifically designed to encompass real-life and industry-specific learning. The objective of an internship at Aranca is to provide hands-on training on various aspects of financial and business research. Interns are assigned to live projects; we do not do any dummy projects. These interns are embedded in projects and are treated in the same way as regular employees. They benefit from focus mentoring, training programs and interaction with senior analysts at Aranca. We actively encourage our interns to take part and explore other functions to gain a more holistic experience.

All interns are directly selected from our partner business schools. They undergo a rigorous selection process of a test followed by a group discussion and an interview.
