Hedge Funds:
Buy-side firms, and in particular hedge funds, have seen an explosive growth in assets under management in recent times. But, such untrammeled growth has led to its own set of challenges. Thanks to increasing volatility in financial markets, diversification and the emergence of newer markets, generating alpha (or market beating returns) has become even tougher.
At Aranca, we are aware of the value of time in the investment management industry. Missed opportunities can mean a significant impact on returns. Hence, we deliver high-quality research and analysis specially tailored for hedge funds, as well as mutual funds and fund of funds. Be it supporting the generation of ideas, providing working financial models, conducting discrete channel checks or forensic analysis, or providing rapid company analysis, our analysts have the requisite experience and skill to support a variety of buy-side research requirements. Handpicked through a rigorous selection process, our analysts understand the needs and key challenges faced by buy-side institutions. Over the years, our continued association with some of the largest and most dynamic funds worldwide is a testimony to our capabilities.

Fund of Funds:
Fund of funds analyze multiple funds and select the best ones. Furthermore, they monitor the performance of these funds and analyze some of the companies where funds have sizable portfolio invested. They also need to collect monthly data from several funds and incorporate that in the internal MIS.
If these activities are executed with the help of a third-party research provider then fund managers can spend a large part of their valuable time focusing on making investment decisions. And Aranca, by providing research support helps clients do just that, focus on the big picture and decision making.
